I have khaki colors cropped pants and I have silver pump heel shoes and also this silver belt. I have a black short-sleeve and a white button up shirt. They are short sleeves so I am going to roll the sleeves for a bit but I don’t know will wearing a black or white shirt. I will use them for daytime. What color would be better because I am a brown skinned girl?

Very definitely the white shirt. Silver and white are soul mates, and always looks good together. Silver heel shoes can combined with either black or white, but I suggest that you better should wear white shirt, because you brown skinned, it will looks bright for you. Black sometimes seems simple and clear, unless you like to be rock star then this is your choice. I say white shirt is better, because I think it fits better with the cropped pant and heel shoes.
